    Client nominated job experts undertake the Facet5 Role Definition Survey on line assessment - up to 6 experts. An analysis of the survey results is undertaken by an accredited Facet5 consultant and participant reports are generated in preparation for a 'Job Expert' workshop. A two hour facilitated workshop is conducted by an accredited Facet5 consultant with the job experts to reach agreement on the desired profile. A revised desired profile is generated and a 6 page Role Definition Template created.

    Individual Online Facet5 Personality Profile & debriefs, Leadership Review, Team Workshops, 1:1 mentoring sessions.

     

     

    Recruitment Profiler

    Short listed candidates complete a Facet5 Personality Profile on line assessment.  A Facet5 Interview Audition report is generated to compare the candidates' assessment results to the desired profile, previously generated by the client. A comparison of the results is undertaken by an HRSolutions business consultant and feedback is provided to the client on the results for each candidate.
