In 2008 HRSolutions introduced a bespoke Training Program from the Association of Career Professionals International (Australian Chapter) Inc to recognise and provide accreditation to Career Planning Professionals to meet the Australian requirements for professional accreditation by 2012.

Strategy

Managing retrenchment is never easy. However the adverse effects can be substantially reduced through adopting a retrenchment strategy. Essential to the process is good communication; careful analysis and planning; effective consultation; sensitivity in approach; and the provision of appropriate support, assistance and good on-going support.

(Our fees do not vary as a result of any consultant’s travel.) In addition, HRSolutions operate in Parramatta, Newcastle, Central Coast and the Hills District.

Post Transition Support

HRSolutions Individual Outplacement assignments offer a full service outplacement program until a new position is achieved. In addition HRSolutions provides 6 to 48 months coaching and mentoring after starting a new position providing support during the critical probationary period and beyond.

Guarantee

HRSolutions guarantee to continue to support and work with each staff member until he or she has achieved a satisfactory placement consistent with the career objective. We are therefore not bound to a limited number of meetings or a timeframe for participants.
